Come visit us on Thursday evenings 4-7 at the Illinois State Fair Grounds in Springifield. Saturday mornings on The Square Downtown Taylorville 9-12.
Spring has been wet but we have the following growing; potatoes, onions, lettuce, raddishes, ruhbarb, strawberries, raspberies, blackberies, gooseberies, zucchini, cucumbers, peas, beets, carrots, turnips, peppers, okra, egg plant, tomatoes, cabage, caulifower, and broccoli.
The first batch of Fresh Fryers get processed on the 27th. We are starting a batch every month now through fall. We are taking reservations for fresh turkeys for Thanksgiving delivery. It's not too early to save one today.
2009 CSA memberships are sold out. Email us for plans for 2010.
